3: Your link will remain online for 6 months from the day your station is added.

4: We decide what is appropriate on the site. If we find links offensive, they will not be accepted. You will have a chance to re-submit a different link.

5: If links are changed in the future to offensive or unsuitable content, your link will be removed until an appropriate link is re-submitted.

6: All links must be to web pages only and begin with http://

7: All stations must be paid for using Paypal.

8: Once funds & website details have been received/cleared I will aim to upload your link betwen 24 - 48 hours.

9: You must have the authority to provide the link for the website you submit - We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

10: You may request for your station/link to be removed at any time, but a refund will not be given.

11: Once your station/link is uploaded you will not be able to change your station, change your link or receive a refund.

12: There may me the occasional down time for site maintenance, but will ensure it is kept to a minimum.

13: Advertising on this site, is in no way linked to advertising at a real station on "The New York Subway".

14: We can only guarantee that the Station Name and "Star(s)" used to represent each station will be an active link and cannot guarantee how much of the surrounding line will be active.
